This policy describes the current production site, including its limited advertising integration. It will be updated when vendors, site features, or data practices change.
Current data collection
WARDOGS Wiki does not provide user accounts, comments, a newsletter, or a contact form. The site is delivered by hosting and network providers that may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals to deliver, protect, and operate the service under their own terms. The application does not operate a visitor-profile database or intentionally set its own marketing or analytics cookies.
Advertising on the production domain
Adsterra advertising is enabled only on the wardogs.best production domain when the site is in Adsterra Bridge mode. Every human-readable page includes one clearly labeled Sponsored Offer external link that opens only after a deliberate click. Eligible content pages may also use Popunder, Social Bar, Native, responsive and fixed-size display units. Adsterra and advertising partners involved in delivering or measuring an ad may receive information such as IP address, browser and device details, approximate location derived from network information, referring and requested pages, and ad impression or click events. They may use cookies or local storage where permitted and according to their own policies. If an ad script is unavailable or blocked, the guide content and navigation remain available.
Google AdSense status and consent
Google AdSense ownership metadata and the Google publisher record in ads.txt remain present while the site is reviewed, but WARDOGS Wiki does not currently load AdSense display-ad units. No site-operated consent management platform is active at this time, and this page does not claim that visitor consent has been collected. A compliant consent solution and any required regional controls must be implemented before AdSense display serving or another use that requires such consent is enabled in regulated regions.

Those services may collect account, device, cookie, or usage information according to their own privacy notices. WARDOGS Wiki does not control their forms, sign-in requirements, invitation process, embedded content, retention periods, or security practices.
Security, retention, and changes
The application does not operate a database for visitor profiles or submissions. The unlock tracker can save a checklist in this browser’s local storage; its clear button removes that local checklist. Shared tool URLs can contain manually entered plan values, so do not put personal or sensitive information in them. Hosting-level logs and security records are controlled by the infrastructure provider’s retention and operational policies. The site uses HTTPS in production and restricts unnecessary browser capabilities through response headers. Material policy changes will be dated on this page. Because no direct message channel is active at launch, visitors should not attempt to send sensitive information to guessed addresses at this domain.
