Use the right channel for the right issue. WARDOGS Field Guide is a fan reference and cannot provide game access, account support, keys, refunds, bans, or technical support on behalf of the developer or publisher.
Game and account support
For playtest access, account linking, official bug reporting, anti-cheat errors, or a WARDOGS purchase, use the support or feedback destination identified by BULKHEAD, Team17, Steam, or the current playtest notice. The guide links directly to the official Steam page, pinned developer FAQ, community signup, and Steam community where relevant. Sending a game-support request to a fan guide would not reach the team that can inspect an account or change access.
Factual corrections
A useful correction identifies the affected page, the exact sentence, and a current first-party URL that supports the proposed change. Official store edits, developer announcements, pinned FAQ changes, Team17 posts, BULKHEAD pages, and marked developer replies are suitable evidence. Screenshots without a public source, search-result snippets, private playtest material, leaked data, player predictions, and competitor guide pages are not accepted as production factual sources.
Current contact availability
This launch version does not operate a contact form and does not publish an inbox that has not been verified to receive messages. That choice avoids collecting personal information through an unmonitored endpoint or presenting a nonfunctional address as support. Until a verified site-feedback channel is active, time-sensitive game issues should go to the official channels above. Any future direct channel will be added here together with its purpose and privacy handling.
Accessibility and site issues
When a verified feedback channel is added, reports about keyboard navigation, contrast, screen-reader structure, broken links, mobile overflow, or incorrect metadata will be treated as site issues rather than game-support requests. The most actionable report includes the page URL, browser, device or viewport, a concise description of what happened, and the expected behavior. Do not include passwords, keys, private playtest files, payment details, or other sensitive information in any report.
