Do not repeatedly reinstall the game to solve a queue under developer-managed admission.

Why older messages need context

The September 9 changelog says the kicked-from-server message was changed to appear when actually banned. The September 10 hotfix then explicitly targets players unexpectedly kicked during play, failed joins and long queues.

Read those notices together. A short screenshot or remembered phrase is not enough to diagnose an account action. Preserve the exact current message and whether it names enforcement.

The launch hotfix is historical evidence

On September 10 the team required a client update and let users back in controlled batches. That explains the launch incident, not the live queue state today. Our server status page does not simulate telemetry or claim everyone is currently queued.

Safe checks and escalation

Install pending game updates, retry through the correct browser, and capture the smallest reproducible case. If the issue is server-specific, use that operator’s channel. If it is a repeatable client or account issue, use developer-directed support.

Do not bypass anti-cheat, create accounts to evade bans or change Secure Boot based on a generic disconnect. Neither Secure Boot nor TPM is currently required by the official policy.

What changed

The guide separates historical login incidents from current enforcement policy and current browser behavior. No universal error-message diagnosis is invented.

Questions / Answers

Frequently asked questions

01Does every kick mean I was banned?

No. Official launch notes addressed unexpected kicks as well. Record the exact current message and context.

02Is the September 10 queue still active?

That notice describes a past incident, not live telemetry. Check current official announcements.
